that our customers love our merchandise as much as we do!
Your satisfaction is
VERY important to us, therefore we would like to minimize returns as
much as possible. We are always happy to answer questions about the
products we carry or provide measurements to assist with sizing, check
material content, color, etc. Please email or call us before ordering if
you are not sure of the size or would like additional information.
In the event an item
was not as expected, we will offer an EXCHANGE or a STORE CREDIT *,
within 14 days of the delivery receipt of purchase subject to the following
terms. NO REFUNDS.

exchange or store credit MUST BE RECEIVED within 14 days of customer's receipt
of these items

ALL
SALES FINAL AFTER 14 DAYS

NO EXCHANGES or STORE CREDITS will be issued on the following:
Special Order
Items, Items on Sale or Clearance discounted at 50% off or more, or
identified as a "Final Sale" are not returnable and are
considered FINAL SALE.

*Swimwear, Pajamas,
Tights & Socks are
considered final sale only. *NJ Health Laws prohibit the
return of swimwear.

PLEASE NOTE***We
will exchange Special Occasion & Party Dresses & Seasonal/Holiday
Items for size only within 7 days of receipt of items (if size is not
available, store credit will be given).

Holiday
Apparel will not be accepted for returns 10 days before and at any time after
the Holidays.

We offer no price adjustments
on previous purchases.
If you find it necessary to exchange
or return an item for store credit, please contact us for a RAN.
(Return Authorization Number). This number must be written on the outside of
the return package. Packages that arrive without a Return Authorization
Number will be refused. Shipping for both the return and the exchanged
item is at the expense of the purchaser.
To be exchanged for merchandise
OR store credit, the item must be in its original condition. Tags must be
intact, unlaundered, etc. If these requirements are not met, we cannot accept
the exchange. Item must return shipped
in a similar fashion to how it was received (inside water-tight bag and bagged
or boxed). Please include a copy of invoice so we know who to credit.
Please allow up to 30 days
for processing of returns for store credit. If you
have not received a credit within that time please feel free to contact us.

If
you ordered using a promotional discount and you do not meet the
criteria for the discount after the return, handling fees may apply and
your credit may be adjusted accordingly. (Example: Orders over $150.00
receive free shipping. If you return something and your new total is
$102.00, shipping fees may be applied at the rate the merchandise would
have shipped for).

Pre-orders are advance
purchases made on merchandise that is scheduled to ship at a future date.
You may Pre-Order Merchandise in one of two ways:

You may
pre-order merchandise directly from our website. If
your pre-order this way you will be charged in full for your items
at the time the order is placed as our website is set up to process credit
card or Paypal orders directly online.
You
may call or e-mail us with your pre-order list and we will take only a
25% deposit on the items you wish to
pre-order. Then the balance will be due once your merchandise arrives at our boutique.
Because the items you order are purchased especially for you and will no longer
be available for others to purchase, and because as our inventory is purchased,
we re-order available stock, cancelled
Pre-Orders will be charged a 20% cancellation fee and the remaining
balance will be put towards an "in-store credit."

We will always do our best to
exchange sizes for you when the size you preordered doesn't work
and if your size is unavailable, we will exchange your preorder for
other same season or prior season merchandise.

Free shipping on pre-orders
over $150.00 applies to items shipped at the same time. If you have
different delivery dates or different groups on the same order you will receive
your first shipment free and a flat $5.00 priority fee will be charged for
each additional shipment.

In stock items placed with a
preorder will be considered a separate order and shipping prices will be
adjusted. In stock items will ship immediately and cannot be held to ship with
preorders.

If the manufacturer decides not
to produce a certain style you will be refunded your deposit or if they do not
ship that style to us for whatever reason, you will also be refunded your
deposit.

We are not responsible for
Pre-Orders/Reserve Items that arrive late due to manufacturer delays. We
consider the expected delivery date up through 30 days later than expected to
still be "Acceptable & On Schedule".

SPECIAL ORDER items are
ordered specifically for you from the manufacturer and as they are items we did
not order for our boutique or are additional merchandise we did not plan
to purchase. "SPECIAL ORDER" items are considered a FINAL SALE and
therefore are non-returnable. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding!

Orders are processed directly online with our credit card company as soon as
they are placed and if cancelled more than 3 hours after they are placed will
incur a 20% restocking fee. Thank you for understanding.
